I'm an Emotional Wellness Practitioner & Facilitator, not a licensed Clinical Psychologist under RCI.

What does this mean?

I don't diagnose mental health disorders or treat severe clinical conditions. I do hold space for emotional healing, pattern shifts, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation using tools from psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, somatics, and shadow work.

If you need: Psychiatric medication, RCI-mandated clinical diagnosis, or crisis intervention — I'll refer you to trusted RCI-licensed psychologists/psychiatrists. We can still work together for support, but I'm not a replacement for clinical care.
Think of me as your guide for emotional wellness and personal growth — not a doctor, but a fellow traveler with training + lived experience.
Psychiatrist Clinical Psychologist (RCI)
Medical doctor. Prescribes meds. Diagnoses & treats mental disorders. RCI-licensed.
For: Bipolar, schizophrenia, severe depression, etc. For: Clinical anxiety, OCD, trauma disorders, etc.
My Work as Emotional Wellness Practitioner

Supports emotional wellness, life transitions, self-trust, and patterns. No diagnosis/meds.

For: Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, people-pleasing, boundary issues, inner child work, and growth.
We can work together alongside your psychiatrist/psychologist if you have one. Many clients do.

No. Some clients come in deep pain. Others come because they're tired of functioning/surviving but not feeling.

If you're asking, "Is this all there is?" or "Why do I keep repeating this pattern?" — that's enough. You don't need to hit rock bottom to deserve support.

No clinical white walls or couches. We meet online on Google Meet.

We land — 2 mins of grounding: breath, body, mind.

We explore — You share what's alive. I listen, reflect, and ask questions that help you hear yourself.

We discover and practice — Belief systems, patterns. A somatic tool, CBT reframe, shadow work inquiry, or mindfulness — based on what unfolds and what your nervous system needs that day.

We integrate — You leave with 1–2 micro-practices. Not homework. LIFEWORK.

Tears, laughter, silence — all welcome. This is a shame-free zone.

There's no magic number. Healing isn't linear.

Some people feel a shift in 3–4 sessions. Others choose to work together for 3 / 6–12 months because growth keeps unfolding. We'll review every 4–6 sessions: "Is this still serving you?"

You always have a choice. No locking in with pre-payments.

Yes. 100%. What happens in our space, stays in our space — with 2 exceptions required by law and ethics:

  • 1Risk of serious harm to you or someone else.
  • 2Court order.

I'll always discuss this with you in our first session so you feel safe.

How I'm different:

    Body-first: We don't just talk about anxiety. We notice where it lives in your body and work with it there.

    No fixing: I'm not here to "fix" you. You're not broken. We're uncovering you.

    Pace of safety: If your nervous system says "too much," we pause. Growth without overwhelm.

    Lived experience: I've restarted my life many times — lawyer, social worker, mother, and practitioner. I get crossroads, uncertainty, and setbacks — not just in theory.

Yes to adults of all genders. I work 1:1 with individuals 18+.

Teens: I do parent consults to support you in supporting them, but I don't currently take on minors 1:1.

Couples: I offer individual work that often improves relationships. I don't do couples therapy. Happy to refer you.

1:1 sessions are for 60–75 mins. Energy exchange will be based on the type of offering chosen.

Packages of 4/8 sessions are available at a softer energy exchange.

I keep 2 sliding-scale slots per month for students and social-sector folks. If cost is a barrier, mention it on the Discovery Call.
This is an investment in your relationship with yourself — the one relationship you'll have for life.

Crying = release. Not knowing what to say = we start with "I don't know." Freezing = your body protecting you, and we'll honor that.

You don't need to prepare or perform. Just show up, as you are. I'll meet you there.
