People often describe me as warm, friendly, and compassionate. I naturally create a safe, welcoming space where you can exhale and simply be yourself - without masks or performance. My approach is grounded in empathy and genuine care, so you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Life has been my greatest teacher. I began as someone who lived in books and ideas; today, I feel most alive in meaningful conversations and honest human connections where insight meets lived experience. While my love for learning remains, I recognize that Real change happens when insight meets action — when intellect and emotion align, and when we begin to embody what we already know.
Even during the early years, I felt drawn to service. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature, followed by a Law degree from Symbiosis, Pune. After law, that inner calling became impossible to ignore. I went on to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Family and Child Welfare.
For over a decade, I worked with an NGO in Pune, supporting underprivileged women and children in areas of education and self-empowerment. Further, my service in rescue and rehabilitation efforts, including the 2004 Tsunami, brought me closer to people and their lived realities. These experiences shaped a foundational truth, simple yet profound - Meaningful change and healing begin in safe, respectful spaces where we can be fully ourselves — and feel truly seen and heard.
Marriage and later motherhood again became a turning point that guided me inward deeply. What began as a natural phase of life evolved into a journey of self-discovery, and I reconnected with parts of myself that had long been hidden and lost. My life experiences taught me to be with setbacks and challenges and be more compassionate toward myself and others. This understanding now forms the core of my emotional wellness and self-discovery practice, where I now support individuals in understanding themselves, healing, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
I find myself in moments of love, laughter, tears, and deep, nourishing conversations, and in the simple joys of everyday life. Plants, animals, the ocean and music that moves the soul ground me—they remind me to stay present, open, and deeply connected to the gift of life. As with my fellow being, I am still growing and evolving—returning again and again to trust life, and surrendering to the wisdom within and the quiet power of creation.
